Arch Bay was founded in 2022 by Nick and Amy Laffler. Nick has worked tirelessly in the construction field right out of High School. Working various construction side jobs and school apprenticeships through out his time at Missouri State University. With a minor in Construction Management, Nick went after ways to automate some of the construction professionals day to day tasks. Thus, earning a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems. Finding a love for cabinetry, he started STL Cabinet CO in St. Louis Missouri. There, He worked with various builders and remodelers. While working with one builder, the opportunity came about to help on a massive home building operation out of Tampa FL. Providing automated solutions for directly imported products to be warehoused, inventoried, and eventually built and installed on the home projects. Nick grew his labor force and operation into buying off market homes. Remodeling the properties using the premium quality in house products he was importing, he streamlined this flow of these products. Today, a big focus of Arch Bay is helping hurricane related victims navigate the process of getting back into their home.
